Credito is a fast-growing fintech company, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join us, dive deep into data, and make smart decisions that move the business forward.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement smart data controls to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting
• Own validation processes for regulatory data, including reporting to the Bank of Israel
• Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies—and drive solutions
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track data quality and control
• Collaborate with Data, Finance, Risk, Product, and teams to ensure alignment and compliance

• A data person – but first a people person
• Not afraid of challenges and willing to work hard to get things done right
• Analytical, curious, with strong business understanding
• Independent, yet highly collaborative
• High attention to detail and data validation mindset

What you bring:

• SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve data analysis, validation, or automation processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advantage: experience in fintech / financial services
