Responsibilities:

• Manage users, permissions, and backups in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Take ownership of information security practices, including policies, monitoring, and controls
• Monitor systems and infrastructure using Grafana
• Maintain infrastructure and support DevOps processes
• Work with Azure services and manage IIS servers
• Collaborate closely with an external IT provider (Tier 2/3 support)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT / Information Security / DevOps roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Strong ability to work independently and learn quickly
• Hard-working, ambitious, and genuinely good people who enjoy being part of a team

Advantages:

• Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring tools
• Background or familiarity with financial regulation
